A YKK Aquaguard® waterproof center front zipper keeps the storm out at the most vulnerable point of the jacket, and pit vents give rapid heat release when the skin track or the mogul field starts generating serious output. The one-handed adjustable hood with a laminated brim locks down over a helmet fast, the removable powder skirt seals the hem against spindrift and deep snow on storm days, and elastic cuffs with thumb loops keep the sleeve sealed against the glove on every reach and plant.
