"The Equalizer Snowboard Package pairs a directional freeride snowboard that rewards advanced terrain with a binding and boot pitched at a more accessible skill floor. The board's Resort V2 profile runs raised camber through the inserts for edge hold at speed, while Flat Kick arcs in the nose and tail add float and easier transitions through variable snow. The Union Trilogy binding's layered highback bridges that gap with a flex that reads as capable rather than punishing. The Vans Encore OG boot's heat-moldable liner keeps things forgiving while the rider grows into what the board can do. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""The board holds its edge at speeds that would rattle a softer setup, but the boot never fights me getting there. I've ridden this exact pairing into terrain I wasn't ready for on paper, and the binding's flex met me halfway instead of demanding I already had the answer."""
