Edelrid Swift Protect Pro 8.9mm Dry Rope Night/Green, 60m

"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I’ve used this rope on everything from sport redpoints to long alpine days, and the handling stays consistently smooth. The added cut resistance is a real confidence boost on sharp terrain, and it’s rare to find a rope this light that still has such a solid sheath. The triple certification also makes it an easy all-around choice.""We rely on the Swift Protect Pro 8. 9mm Dry Rope when the line ahead demands precision, dependable handling, and the security to move confidently over complex terrain. Its supple feel makes clipping intuitive on vertical sport routes, while the strengthened sheath gives us peace of mind when our path weaves across edges or abrasive features high above the ground. This rope integrates aramid fibers into a finely braided sheath to elevate cut resistance without compromising its dynamic performance. The Pro Dry treatment keeps water and dirt at bay, maintaining smooth handling through snow patches, wet rock, or long rappels. With triple certification and a lightweight build, it’s a go-to for climbers who transition between sport, alpine, and mixed objectives and want one rope that rises to each challenge."
