"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: ""I mounted the Eagle F1 R Z29 Aero on a set of Zipp 404s, and the fit was flawless. This tire’s aerodynamic profile noticeably reduced drag at higher speeds, and the supple casing gave it a smooth, confident feel through corners. It’s a top-tier upgrade for any aero-optimized race setup.""When every second counts and every watt matters, we reach for the Goodyear Eagle F1 R Z29 Aero. Built to perform on the most demanding road race courses, this tire thrives on climbs, dives through technical descents, and tears across flat-out straights. Goodyear engineered the Z29 Aero to pair seamlessly with Zipp’s 23mm TSS rims, crafting a tire-wheel interface that slices through the wind. We love how the patent-pending AeroLip tech and Dynamic:UHP compound strike the perfect balance between low rolling resistance and cornering grip. Its tubeless-ready design with Dual Angle Bead makes setup quick and consistent, while the 120 TPI casing and R:Shield anti-puncture belt add durability without compromising ride feel."
