"The Icebreaker 260 Vertex High Rise Alpine Geo Legging uses a deep, high-rise waistband with internal power mesh, so it stays supportive through a full day of sitting on lifts, bending into boots, and skinning uphill instead of digging in or sliding down. A gusset and flatlock seams add mobility and reduce friction through the repeated leg movement that comes with skiing or snowshoeing, and 100% Merino keeps the whole legging warm without holding onto odor across a multi-day trip. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I sat on three different chairlifts and bent down to buckle my boots more times than I could count, and the waistband never once needed adjusting or rolled down on me. That's the actual test for a high-rise base layer, not how it looks standing still."""
