"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I put the KMC X12 Waxed Chain on my gravel bike before a long, dirty weekend and came back genuinely impressed by how clean the drivetrain stayed. The factory wax treatment holds up far better than I expected, and the shifting stayed snappy from the first mile to the last.""Nobody buys a bike to spend weekends in the garage. The KMC X12 Waxed Chain is built for riders who would rather be out riding than prepping their equipment, arriving from the factory already treated with KMC GO CHAIN WAX, so installation is the last step before you head out the door. The X-Bridge construction keeps things running smoothly once you are out there, with inner and outer chamfered ramps that engage chainrings and cassettes quickly for crisp, confident shifts in any situation. A Titanium Nitride coating adds hardness and corrosion resistance across the chain's surface, which means less wear on the chain and the components it runs against. Clean, fast, and low maintenance from day one."
