"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: ""These shorts feel amazing for everything from track workouts to trail runs. The built-in liner stays put, the outer short moves freely, and the high waist with drawcord keeps everything secure when I’m picking up the pace. The side pocket is super handy for gels or a phone, and the fabric dries fast on hot days."" We turn to the Kari Traa Mija Training Short when our workouts call for freedom of movement and a secure, comfortable fit.
