"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I’ve put the Team 4 on a lot of junior skis, and it’s hands-down one of the easiest bindings for kids to get in and out of. The release is super forgiving but still trustworthy, and it doesn’t weigh the ski down—perfect for building confidence.""Getting kids on snow should be about fun, not frustration—and the Look Team 4 Bindings are built to keep it that way. Designed specifically for groms just learning to link turns or chasing their first blue runs, these bindings offer lightweight performance, easy step-in functionality, and top-tier safety features to protect tiny knees during spills. Featuring Look’s 180˚ Multi-Directional Release toe, the Team 4 delivers effective release in both vertical and lateral falls, helping reduce risk without compromising retention. The Dual Standard Concept makes it compatible with both Alpine DIN and GripWalk boot soles, while an intuitive wide step-in zone makes getting clicked in a breeze. With its lightweight composite construction, the Team 4 makes skiing and ski carrying easier—so they can focus on the fun."
