"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I've been splitting cook duties with a partner on longer trips using the Trail Lite 2L Pot, and it handles two backpacker meals without any fuss. The taller design fits surprisingly well in a loaded pack, and the hard-anodized finish has held up through a full season of campfire-adjacent cooking without a scratch.""Two people, one pot, and a backcountry campsite with nowhere to be until morning. The Trail Lite 2L Pot from MSR was built for exactly that kind of evening, delivering enough capacity for a proper two-person meal without adding unnecessary weight to either pack on the way there. Hard-anodized aluminum construction keeps things light and scratch-resistant through a long season of use, while the optimal wall thickness spreads heat evenly across whatever is on the menu. The taller design saves space in smaller packs, and there is room inside to nest mugs, utensils, or a small stove so the whole cook kit stays organized from the trailhead to camp and back again."
