Whereas the MAXTRAX Core Shackle is designed for general use, the FUSE Shackle features a lower and highly precise Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 15,432 lbs (7000 kg) as to prevent damage to recovery points and recovery straps which may bear a lower MBS than a traditional soft shackle.
