If you prefer a surface mount for the Quick Release Base, stainless steel screws are included for attachment to the BlackPak Pro, the deck of your kayak, or other flat surfaces. The TracPak does not float and is not waterproof or water-tight. Each storage box features an eyelet for a leash for added security. The stackable storage boxes snap quickly and securely onto the base and each other. When you stack two boxes, you can access not only the top box but also the bottom box.
