"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I wore these on a rocky loop close to home, and the Waffle outsole gripped loose gravel better than I expected from a shoe with this much running shoe DNA. The mesh upper kept my feet cool even on a warmer afternoon.""Some shoes earn their place on the trail the long way around, and the ACG LDV Shoe from Nike carries that history with it. Originally built for distance running before ACG claimed it as its own, it now handles rocky singletrack and gravel roads with the same breathable mesh upper that once chased road miles. We lace up for an easy loop and feel that heritage in every step, a shoe that's spent decades figuring out how to move well over ground. The rubber Waffle outsole delivers the traction this shoe was always known for, gripping loose dirt and packed trail alike without sacrificing the low profile feel that made it fast in the first place. It's a simple, durable setup for anyone who wants trail grip with a little bit of running shoe history built in."
