Patagonia Guidewater 29L Backpack Forge Grey, L

"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I stepped wrong on a mossy rock crossing a side channel last summer and went in past my waist, pack and all. My old bag soaked through in seconds, and I spent the rest of the day fishing with a wet lunch and a soggy jacket. The Guidewater came out of that same dunk completely dry inside. That TPU-coated body doesn't just handle a little splash off the current, it holds up when the river actually gets you.""A good fly fishing day rarely stays on dry land for long, whether that means bushwhacking to a hidden bend or wading a fast riffle to reach the far bank. The Patagonia Guidewater 29L Backpack carries the gear for all of it, built with an 800-denier recycled nylon body wearing a TPU coating heavy enough to shrug off a real dunk, not just a stray splash. Spacer mesh across the shoulder straps and back panel keeps the long walk in breathable, even loaded down with waders, reels, and a full day's lunch. It's built for the angler who covers miles of river on foot to reach the water nobody else bothers with, carrying enough to stay out there until the light goes."
