Rab Microlight Shield Jacket - Men's Galaxy Blue, M

"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I've worn this on soggy winter hikes where I'd normally need a shell over a puffy, and it handled the rain on its own without soaking through. The insulated zip baffle keeps drafts out at the front, which matters more than I expected once the wind picked up.""Cold and wet rarely show up separately in winter, and carrying both a shell and an insulated layer for that combination gets old fast. The Microlight Shield Jacket solves the problem outright, wrapping 700 fill power recycled down in a fully waterproof Pertex Shield outer so one layer handles both jobs at once. Zoned baffles keep the down lofted and effective even in damp conditions, while a 2-point hood with an integrated peak sheds rain without sacrificing visibility. Fully articulated sleeves move naturally through scrambling or adjusting trekking poles, and a concealed chest pocket keeps valuables both dry and out of sight during wet, unpredictable days on the trail."
