This shorter length rod vault (5ft 8. 75in) lets us carry two fully rigged fly rods by breaking them down to two pieces and inserting them into two rod chairs that secure the rod segments and line to prevent tangled tippets and bird's nests. The in-bed mounting system lets us travel more discretely with our rods out of view and to benefit from a rod vault, even if our vehicle doesn't have a long cabin or topper to mount a full-length River Quiver. This product includes the necessary hardware to install the River Quiver ShortCut to our truck's cargo rails or bed panel.
