"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""This is my pick for serious 29er downhill builds. The RC2 damper lets me fine-tune for different tracks, and the LinearXL spring keeps it predictable through braking bumps. It stays smooth and controlled all the way through the run.""On long, rough downhill tracks, speed rewards composure. The BoXXer Ultimate Charger 3. 2 29in Boost Fork from RockShox is built to isolate chaos before it reaches us, keeping posture stable and energy preserved when the course gets demanding. LinearXL provides a consistent, position-sensitive spring curve that maintains support through high-speed impacts, with a jounce bottom-out bumper for confident landings. ButterWagonTech ensures fresh Maxima oil reaches the bushings with every millimeter of travel, sustaining sensitivity run after run. ButterCups reduce chatter by up to 20%, helping limit arm fatigue over extended descents. The Charger 3. 2 RC2 damper delivers independent high- and low-speed compression tuning with visible adjusters for simplified setup. Combined with a 38mm chassis tuned for precision, this fork keeps modern 29in downhill bikes composed at race pace."
