Royal Robbins Wilder Zip-Off Pant - Women's Everglade, 8/Reg

"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I’ve packed these for trips where temperatures swing a lot during the day. Starting the morning in full pants and then zipping them off into shorts once it warms up is really convenient. The mosquito protection is noticeable too—it’s great for buggy camps or humid trails where you’d normally get eaten alive.""We head out early while the air is still cool and the trail winds through shaded forest where mosquitoes seem to wake up before the sun. The Wilder Zip-Off Pant from Royal Robbins is designed for days like this—long hikes where conditions change and versatility matters. The lightweight stretch fabric provides comfortable mobility for hiking and travel, while a tight-weave construction creates a durable barrier against mosquito bites using Royal Robbins’ Mosquito Protection Technology™. Unlike chemical treatments, the protection comes from the fabric structure itself, maintaining effectiveness without added biocides. A PFAS-free DWR finish helps shed light moisture, while the tightly woven material also offers wind resistance on exposed terrain. When temperatures rise, zip-off legs quickly convert the pant into a 3. 5-inch short, with clearly marked zippers that make reattachment simple. A packable zip pocket stores the removed pant legs and loops to the back waistband for convenience on the trail. Added mobility features like articulated movement zones and adjustable cuffs help dial in the fit for long days outside, while multiple pockets keep essentials close at hand. With UPF 40+ sun protection, the Wilder Zip-Off Pant is built for dynamic trail conditions and buggy backcountry camps."
