"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I spent a full season on this between park laps and street style rails and the pop never faded, even by spring. Riding switch felt exactly the same as riding forward thanks to the true twin shape, and the sidecut kept me locked in even on tight, technical features. This is a board that rewards creativity.""The Salomon Abstract Snowboard is built for the rider who sees the whole mountain as a blank canvas, park laps one run and a backcountry side hit the next. We ride it switch just as often as we ride it forward, the true twin shape making that transition feel completely natural, whether we're setting up for a rail or stomping a landing off a jump. That consistency comes from real construction. Ghost Carbon Beams tucked into the nose and tail load up explosive pop that holds strong through a full season of hard riding, and the Quadralizer Sidecut keeps the edge exactly where it needs to be, whether we're carving open terrain or threading a tight line through the park. Royal Rubber Rails run the full length of the sidewalls for dampening and protection, so every landing feels controlled instead of jarring."
