"Santa Cruz rebuilt the Tallboy 6 suspension from scratch, moving to a four-bar platform after testing roughly 15 different link designs and countless shock tunes. That work adds 10mm of travel front and rear, drops frame weight by up to 300 grams, and pairs with a slacker head angle for more composure when things get rough. That same suspension redesign and geometry carries through every build in the lineup. What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I brake hard into a rough chute and the rear wheel stays tracking the ground instead of skipping. This four-bar layout soaks up braking bumps that used to bounce the previous Tallboy off-line, and that composure doesn't change with the groupset bolted to it.""Heads up! We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning, and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearhead® Experts are always here to help."
