The Sawyer DyneLite Wide Blade Oar is the Square Top oar with a wide blade that provides extra power when you need to move quickly. It features a laminated douglas fir shaft that's reinforced with a carbon fiber braid—combining to create a progressive flex with lightweight strength. The DyneLite blade features carbon fiber reinforcement for rigidity, and uses Dynel and Kevlar ProTip technology to protect the blade against impact. While counterbalanced oars usually lose their ability to float, the Square Top creates a counterbalanced feel and still floats flat on the water should it happen to end up there.
