"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I threw the Summit FUTUREFLEECE Full-Zip Jacket on for a cold morning ridge traverse and completely forgot I had an extra layer on, that's how little it weighed me down. The underarm gussets let me reach up onto holds without the jacket ever pulling or binding across my shoulders.""A good midlayer earns its place by disappearing, and the Summit FUTUREFLEECE Full-Zip Jacket does exactly that on long days where every extra ounce and seam matters. Raglan sleeves and stretch underarm gussets track natural arm movement, so reaching, scrambling, and shouldering a pack all happen without resistance. FUTUREFLEECE™ fabric packs real warmth into a featherweight package, and flat-locked seams stay smooth against skin through hours of steady effort. Without shoulder seams to dig in under a loaded pack, this jacket is built to be forgotten about, worn hard and barely noticed, which is exactly the point."
